Basildon Beagles National Junior League Promotion Match

Well Guys I know you are feeling down as we were SO CLOSE to making the move up to the Premier League. It was an extremely close fought competition, we gave it our all but not to be this year, so we will go for the WIN IN 2010.
This is the first year as a composite team and I hope you agree with us that it has worked really well, so we will be applying to be a compete once again as Basildon Beagles.
A huge thanks to all the athletes who took part from both Basildon and Newham & Essex Beagles. Thanks to all our officials who came out, collecting points for the team.
We want to wish all our U20  who now move up to U23 much success in their sporting goals. Congratulations to Matthew Baptiste for being named Man Of The Match. All of you guys are going to be missed, that's for sure.
So for those of you who are still with us next year , and for the new U17 whom will also be eligible to compete next season. Have a good break, train hard and keep the dates free for next years matches and promotion match. Best of Luck to all to those competing at next weekends UK School Games.
     Looking forward to 2010.

Your Team Managers  Wendy & Elyzabeth.
