- UK Athletics Level 2 Sprints Coach, Leadership in Running and Fitness and Level 2 Gym Instructor. Been involved in coaching for the past 2 & a 1/2 years.
What Events do you Coach?
- Coaches all sprinting events.
What Times/Days do you coach?
- Monday & Wednesday - 6.30 - 8.30 at the track.

What's the Best Thing about Coaching?
- Seeing kids who really make an effort succeed. Not everyone can be a winner, but if you work hard you will see the improvement.
What's the Worst Thing about Coaching?
- Standing on a freezing cold track if I haven't put enough layers on!
