Young Athletes League

Newham and Essex Beagles compete in the Young Athletes League, designed for both males and females and open to athletes in Year 7 to 11 at school. The Beagles compete in up to 5 Young Athlete Meetings a year, taking place on a Sunday. The team manager for the Girls team is jointly undertaken by Winnie Akyeampong and Sonia Zac-Williams. The boys team manager is Michael Whittaker. All athletes of school age are encouraged to compete where possible.
