The annual subscriptions levels are set out here.
The subscription year is from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025, and subs should now be paid.
Athletes and /members are requested to complete or renew their membership payment directly into the club’s bank account.

Newham and Essex Beagles AC do not offer refunds for paid membership.
Membership does not include the following compulsory track fees per session.

U17s/U20s/ Students /senior/ non-working concessionary (evidence required)- £1.50 per session.
Membership renewal and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
When you become a member and or renew your membership with Newham and Essex Beagles AC you can also choose to be registered as a member of England Athletics (you will have to register with England Athletics if you ever compete for the club in competition Under UKA Rules). If you tick the applicable box within either the Newham and Essex Beagles AC Membership / Foundation Group Membership forms we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).
If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contactdataprotection@englandathletics.org.
If you do not tick the applicable box within either the Newham and Essex Beagles AC membership forms and then decide to compete for the club, and require an athlete Unique Registration Number we will need to register you with England Athletics.
Membership or affiliation queries should be directed to the club Membership Secretary.
*Please note Foundation Group membership payment does not include the £15.00 EA athlete registration fee. Please speak to the group coach if this registration is needed.
Please note there is a £5.00 per session charge to use the track and facilities for new members who have not completed and paid the club registration. (inclusive of EA affiliation)
This charge also applies to existing members who have not renewed their membership. (including EA Affiliation) Unaffiliated athletes are not eligible for permitted competition. (except open meetings)
All Second Claim members MUST be affiliated athletes of their First Claim clubs
