2020 Subscriptions
Annual subscription fee is due on the 1st April 2020.
All members are requested to ensure prompt payment of subscription and affiliation fees.
Any member with outstanding subscription fees for the period 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020 will not be affiliated by Newham and Essex Beagles AC until all outstanding fees are paid.
PLEASE NOTE - Due to Covid-19 England Athletics have said, "All athletes who were registered during 2019/2020 will be eligible for competition up until 31st August.." (see full document).
Upon request for payment athletes / members are requested to complete or renew their membership payment directly into the club's bank account.

Newham and Essex Beagles AC do not offer refunds for paid membership.
Membership does not include the following compulsory track fees per session:
- FG / U13s / U15s - £1.00 per session
- U17s / U20s / Students / Senior / non-working concessionary (evidence required) - £1.50 per session.
* Please note £45.00 Foundation Group membership full payment does not include £15.00 EA athlete registration fee, kindly pay if applicable.
Please note there is a £5 per session charge to use the track and facilities for new members who haven’t completed club membership, and existing members who have not renewed their England Athletics affiliation. Unaffiliated athletes are not eligible for permitted competitions (except Open meetings). All Second Claim members MUST be affiliated athletes of their First Claim clubs.
